When I try to create a new zone in the Private Database by pressing the "Create New Zone" button on the CloudKit Dashboard, I get the error: "A new zone couldn‘t be created.: cannot create zone without pcs identity" Anyone know what this means and how to get around it?

I suggest you sign out and sign in again to see if the issue still persists.
I was using Chrome, signing out didn't help me.
However, once I used safari it worked, so I'm not sure if this was a browser caching issue....
Chrome doesn't work, Safari works.
