We have changed apple developer account for the our application, after changing account we have submitted app for notarization multiple times but all showing in-progress without any logs. do we need to wait until this passed from apple side ? does submitting many request has any issue ?

I am having a similar issue. Its been more than 14 hours and still In Progress. First time i am trying notarization and already feel exhausted. No clear logs or status updates. It would be nice if we know its in queue or waiting manual review etc.
You can expect that most uploads will be notarised quickly. Occasionally, some uploads are held for in-depth analysis and may take longer to complete. As you notarise your apps, the system will learn how to recognise them, and you should see fewer delays.

Same issue, which is how I ended up here looking for answers. New app, 12+ hours. Sounds like need to just wait it out indefintely. I genuinely wish Apple provided some kind of update or logs when notarization was sitting "in progress" for such extended lengths of time.
