I'm trying to enable Supervision Mode on a Wi-Fi-only Apple TV (Apple TV 4K) using Apple Configurator on macOS, but I’m unable to get the device into supervised state.
What I’ve tried so far:
- Connected Apple TV to Mac using Apple Configurator pairing mode via same wifi connection
- Erased and prepared the device
- Followed the "Prepare" workflow to supervise the device
Issue: After preparation completes, the device does not appear as supervised in Apple Configurator.
