Is SiriKit now deprecated? And if so, how will that impact INAlternativeAppNames as it relates to app name synonyms in App Shortcuts?

We recommend that you use App Intents instead of SiriKit custom intents, and that you use App Intents domains instead of the matching SiriKit system intents, where those domains exist. INAlternativeAppNames will continue to work for App Shortcuts.
