Hi Everyone, I’ve made an educational app that has limited feature usage to free users but paying monthly subscribers get full access however Apple has rejected the app due to this reason and when I responded asking how to change it they said they can’t help me so does anyone know how to create a subscription that gives access to the full app without getting rejected as there are already many apps out there with this system

You give them limited content and then give them full content when they purchase a subscription plan. That's the whole, simple idea. If you are rejected, you are probably not following all IAP guidelines.
