How is this even possible? I know.... they used Chrome to test and develop with... ;)

No, this is css related.
It does blur the background when you hover over a menu. But the menu itself isn't blurred like it is in your screenshot.
Apple has like 58 million developers. Are they all seeing blurry pages and not saying anything? Am I the only one who sees is correctly? Or are you the only one who sees it wrongly?
Right!? I checked. Turns out I am the only one left using Safari.
It does look fine in Chrome... /shrug. Tried a variety of things. but to no avail. Purely Safari webkit/ MacOS desktop thing.
I just found it odd their own browser is not working right for their main developer page.
Hopefully they fix it.
Versions 26.2 looks fine (outdated mbp). 26.6.1 does not.
