I cant access anything through safari. Facebook, apple, etc all yeild this error, with no option to proceed anyway. Im on IOS 11, but the problem existed on ios 10.3.

Even with iPad 1 some pages can't be loaded.... And I don't see any reply to the original question from september 2017, therefore I can conclude two things: Don't use Apple software, and Apple doesn't care.
