My Iphone 5s is struggling to verify a third party app. I already trusted it and have been using it for the last 2 weeks, but suddenly it wants verification, but whenever I verify it the loading symbol appears briefly and nothing happens. I tried restarting and updating my phone, but neither worked. I dont want to delete the app because I have saved data. Please help! Thank!

You might have better luck asking this question over in Apple Support Communities, run by AppleCare, and specifically the in Business and Education topic areas (presumably this is an enterprise app you’re talking about, because App Store apps don’t need verification like this).
