Install OS X server 4.1.3

When trying to run OS X Server on 10.11 I get

"The version of Server installed on this Mac is not compatible with OS X El Capitan. You have “Server” 4.1.3. Download version 4.1.3 for free from the Mac App Store."

Umm.. ya ok!

WTB OS X Server forum.

I'm not entirely sure whether this is a question or whether it's feedback. For the moment I've assumed that you're asking how to install OS X Server on OS X 10.11 beta. If that's what you're shooting for, you can grab a copy of OS X Server 5.0b3 from the OS X downloads page.

but it's not dowloadable !😕

I'm able to download it (well, start the download, at least). If you can't, and you've confirmed that you're logged in with your developer account, you should discuss this with Developer Programs, who manage your account and what it has access to.

Just to be clear, I'm specifically referring to the Download OS X Server 5.0 beta 3 link on the Download page.
