Non-Developers using Apple TV Simulator

I want some non-developers to do some testing of our Apple TV app but we don't have enough Apple TV's to go around. I was hoping they could test it on their Macs through the TV Simulator. Obviously, I don't want to give them the source code.

Is there a way to "sideload" an app into the Simulator? My ideal goal would be to send them a file (archive build, .ipa, etc.?) that they can launch in the Simulator and then interact with. As they find, and we fix bugs, we can send them an updated version thus controlling which versions they are testing on without giving them access to the code library.

sim-sideload, no. They'd need the project.

If they get devices, look into TestFlight. They won't get the code, just the binary/.ipa
