CloudKit Public Container Requires iCloud Account

Hello,


Is there anyway to access the public container using CloudKit without logging into the iCloud account?


From my understanding you must have an authenticated iCloud account to access anything from public container.

You can read from the public database without an account but you need one to write to it.

I'm also having issues accessing the public db without signin. I tried the JS Library and the webservice solution. No way to get it working.
