Xcode Cloud is unable to connect to the repository

Hello,

I am trying out Xcode Cloud for the first time. I could connect to Github in the initial setup and had a few failed builds (package resolution error), which I resolved fairly quickly.

Now whenever I am trying to build, I get the following error:

Xcode Cloud is unable to connect to the repository “<respository-name>”. Reconnect the repository to resume builds.

I am unable to remove the connection from settings as well because it's stuck in a loading state. Is there a way to fix this?

Hello, thank you for posting about this. This issue is has been resolved https://developer.apple.com/system-status/. If you continue to have trouble please let us know.

I can see that the request to Github from AppStoreConnect gets a timeout error. Is something down?

I also have the same issue.

Same here but with Bitbucket, getting: "Connecting Xcode Cloud with your source control provider was incomplete"

Yeah im also using bitbucket and getting the following error:

Connecting Xcode Cloud with your source control provider was incomplete.

It's fixed. Thanks a lot.

Hi, I'm still getting the same error. When I checked the error message on App Store Connect it says this: "504 Client Timeout. If you are using a firewall, it must be configured to accept incoming connections." I couldn't remove the repository because I have to delete the workflows to do so.

Hello, I have the same error. When i click on "reconnect" and then "GitLab Self-Hosted authorized", I see the redirect url and then:

The page you're looking  for can't be found

Same here. Having an issue with Gitlab (not self-hosted) connection.

have the same error with Gitlab. After I authenticate and get message that it was successfully connected I reload the page and error persists

Hi! Could you try

  • open Xcode
  • reproduce the issue
  • find "product" in the menu bar, select Xcode Cloud and send feedback

ticket will get attached with the log and help us tracing down the problem, thanks!

Seeing this same error this morning after adding a new dependency to our project. In App Store Connect, when I go to grant access, it shows a pop up that flashes that it's "Loading Access" then it redirects me to the App Store Connect landing page and doesn't grant access.

I'm getting this same error right now for GitLab. Anyone else having the same problem?

Currently seeing this with Github. I have allowed access from the GIthub side but Xcode Cloud fails to receive that access.
