Registration and Attendance Policy

Registration. To apply for the Apple TV Tech Talks, you must be an Apple Developer Program member or Apple Developer Enterprise Program member, 13 years of age or older, as of the announcement of the Apple TV Tech Talks (10:00 a.m. PST, November 10, 2015), who actively develops or plans to develop apps or games for Apple TV. Due to limited capacity, priority in the selection process will be given to teams with apps on the App Store.

Admission to Apple TV Tech Talks is non-transferable and may not be sold, bartered, auctioned, or transferred in any way. As an exception to the foregoing, requests to transfer admission to a team member may be submitted to Apple for consideration at The requested individual must be on the same development team and must be 13 years of age or older as of the announcement of the Apple TV Tech Talks. Apple reserves the right to reject any transfer requests. Any other transfers will render the admission null and void without any responsibility to Apple.

Identification and Badges. Unless otherwise permitted by Apple in writing, you must be 13 years of age or older to attend the Apple TV Tech Talks. Attendees 18 years of age or older will be required to present a passport or other government-issued photo identification before obtaining a badge and being admitted to the Apple TV Tech Talks. Attendees 13 to 17 years old must also provide identification to Apple, such as a passport or a current school ID, before obtaining a badge and being admitted to the Apple TV Tech Talks. You must wear your badge at all times during the Apple TV Tech Talks. If requested by security, please display your badge and provide additional identification if required. Badges are not replaceable. You agree not to share or give your badge to another person.

Sessions. All presentations will be delivered in English. You are permitted to discuss technical information about pre-release Apple software or services that may be disclosed by Apple at the Apple TV Tech Talks, but you are not permitted to redistribute, post screen shots of, or write public reviews about any pre-release Apple software or services. You are not permitted to make audio or audiovisual recordings of Tech Talk sessions or take professional photographic or video equipment or wearable recording devices into the Tech Talk sessions. Apple reserves the right to refuse admittance to, or remove any person from, the Apple TV Tech Talks at any time in its sole discretion, including but not limited to attendees behaving in a disorderly manner or failing to comply with these terms and conditions.

Film and Video Consent. Photographs, audio and/or video taken at Tech Talks by Apple, or others on behalf of Apple, may include your voice, image or likeness. You agree that Apple may use such photographs, audio and/or video, including those that may contain your voice, image or likeness, for any purpose on a worldwide basis in perpetuity, without any compensation to you, and you release Apple from all liability related thereto.

No Soliciting. Solicitation or selling of items or services is not allowed at the Apple TV Tech Talks. Any attendee conducting these activities may be removed from the Apple TV Tech Talks.
