apple/apple/game-porting-toolkit 1.1 did not build

My MacBook Pro is M3 max, running macOS 14.4.1 (23E224), with Xcode 15.3 and Command_Line_Tools_for_Xcode_15.3 installed. When I tried to execute "brew -v install apple/apple/game-porting-toolkit", it reported the following error.

How should I resolve this issue?

I have the same config, except I have M1!

This page: https://github.com/domschl/WinSteamOnMac/issues/9 advised to switch back to Xcode 15.1 and it worked.

For what reason we need XCode here and not only CLT? Xcode is so huge and takes a lot of time to roll it back.

Same issue on an M1 MacBook Air. With Xcode CLT 15.3, I get this same error, but with 15.1 I get a "error: assignment to 'DWORD64' {aka 'long long unsigned int'} from 'PVOID' {aka 'void *'} makes integer from pointer without a cast" error.
