You must agree to the Apple Entrepreneur Camp Application and Attendance Policy to apply for Apple Entrepreneur Camp and, if selected, to attend Apple Entrepreneur Camp.
Application Submissions
Applications to attend Apple Entrepreneur Camp are accepted on a rolling basis for dates that are posted online. You agree that you are submitting the application on behalf of the organization listed in the “Organization Name” field, and that you have the authority to do so. Apple is not responsible for lost or late submissions, or for electronic transmission errors, regardless of cause. Accepted applicants will be notified by email at the email address associated with the Apple ID that was used to submit. You agree that Apple may contact you by phone or other method of communication concerning your application. All registration and attendee information you provide for attendance at the event will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at: www.apple.com/privacy/privacy-policy/.
To be eligible to apply for Apple Entrepreneur Camp for female* founders in-person programming, you must meet the following requirements.
- Your organization must have:
- - A female founder, cofounder, or CEO;
- - A female developer proficient in Swift or Objective-C; and
- - A functional and complete app that’s available on the App Store, as a beta build on TestFlight, or as an .IPA in an equivalent state.
- The female founder, cofounder, or CEO; the female developer; and another colleague (if applicable) must each be 18 years of age or older, proficient in English, and able to attend together, in-person, for the entire duration of the lab, and commit to presenting a live demo after completion of the lab.
Application Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to apply for Apple Entrepreneur Camp for underrepresented founders, you must meet the following requirements.
- Your organization must have:
- - A Black, Hispanic/Latinx, or Indigenous founder, cofounder, or CEO;
- - A Black, Hispanic/Latinx, Indigenous, or female* developer proficient in Swift or Objective-C; and
- - A functional and complete app that’s available on the App Store, as a beta build on TestFlight, or as an .IPA in an equivalent state.

Application Form Requirements
- You must complete all required fields on the application form and upload all required files and documentation before submitting.
Void where prohibited by law. Eligibility is subject to verification by Apple and you agree to cooperate with Apple to provide information about your application and organization that is relevant for eligibility. Employees, interns, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotional agencies of Apple Inc. (or any Apple subsidiary) are not eligible, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such parties are not eligible.
If you need to withdraw your submission, you may do so on the Apple Entrepreneur Camp application page at any time.
Review Criteria
Applications will be reviewed based on:
- Content of written responses to the questions in the application form;
- Commitment to development for Apple platforms using the latest Apple technologies; and
- Whether the app is unique or innovative.
All applications must be submitted through the Apple Entrepreneur Camp application page and will not be accepted through any other channel. All decisions made by Apple are final and review results are confidential. Attendees will be selected based on the review criteria set forth above at Apple’s sole discretion. All attendees must agree to the Apple Entrepreneur Camp Application and Attendance Policy to attend Apple Entrepreneur Camp.
Reasons for Disqualification
Your application may not be considered for Apple Entrepreneur Camp if it does not follow all eligibility and submission requirements. In addition, Apple reserves the right to disqualify your current and/or future applications, or withhold or revoke your attendance offer to Apple Entrepreneur Camp and/or other Apple events at any time if:
- Any part of your submission is untrue, plagiarized, or fabricated;
- You engage in or previously engaged in harassment or other harmful behavior directed at Apple, Apple employees, other applicants, or Apple Entrepreneur Camp attendees;
- You are accepted to Apple Entrepreneur Camp and do not claim the attendance offer by the deadline, or claim the attendance offer but do not attend Apple Entrepreneur Camp daily;
- You, directly or indirectly, commit any act intended to interfere with Apple Entrepreneur Camp; or
- You (or your application) fail to comply with these terms and conditions.
No Confidential Information
Apple works with many software developers and some of their products may be similar to or compete with the materials you submit. Apple may also be developing its own similar or competing apps, playgrounds, products, or services or may decide to do so in the future. Your application and any information that you provide to Apple in connection with your application or with your participation in Apple Entrepreneur Camp (“Applicant Disclosures”) will not be confidential, and Apple has no confidentiality obligations with respect to such Applicant Disclosures. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Apple will use your Applicant Disclosures only in connection with Apple Entrepreneur Camp.
Attendance Offer
If you are accepted as an attendee, you must let us know on or before the acceptance deadline of the dates for which you applied if you will attend and if you can meet all the eligibility requirements. Attendance offers that are not accepted by this date will be considered forfeited and given to other applicants.
Apple Entrepreneur Camp includes:
- One-on-one code-level guidance from Apple engineers for the app they bring to Camp.
- Ongoing support from an Apple Developer representative.
- One year of membership in the Apple Developer Program.
- Access to the Apple Entrepreneur Camp alumni network, a world-class group of inspiring and ambitious leaders.
One year of organization membership in the Apple Developer Program will be assigned free of charge to the organization’s (or individual’s, as applicable) Apple Developer account, subject to the organization’s acceptance of and compliance with all applicable agreements. This membership will start upon completion of the initial lab week and your organization’s presentation of a live demo for accounts that do not already have a membership in the Apple Developer Program. For accounts that already have a membership in the Apple Developer Program, the membership will be renewed for one year once the current membership expires. There will be no substitution of memberships and no cash awarded in lieu of the Apple Developer Program membership.
Apple Entrepreneur Camp is free of charge for accepted attendees and organizations. You understand and agree that the opportunity to attend may not be sold, resold, bartered, auctioned, or transferred in any way. As an exception to the foregoing, requests to transfer attendance among eligible members of the same team may be submitted to Apple for consideration. Apple reserves the right to reject any transfer requests. Any other transfers will render participation null and void without any responsibility to Apple. Apple reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel participation or attendance offers for any reason and at any time.
Apple may add, substitute, or cancel Apple Entrepreneur Camp, or any cohorts thereof, and Apple does not guarantee that you will be informed of such changes before the start date of your cohort. Apple will not be liable for loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditures.
Code of Conduct
Apple is committed to diversity and to providing a harassment-free Apple Entrepreneur Camp experience for everyone. All Entrepreneur Camp attendees, including Apple personnel, have the right to a safe and welcoming environment regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, or any other attributes. In addition to treating others respectfully, please do not bring items with disrespectful, malicious, or offensive writing, images, or audio to online meetings. If you have an experience that violates this code of conduct, ask the Apple moderator for assistance at Apple Entrepreneur Camp.
By attending Apple Entrepreneur Camp, whether in-person or online, you agree to not make any audio or video recordings of any conversations you have with Apple team members without prior written approval from Apple. By attending in-person programming, you agree to comply with all safety signage, instructions, and rules for attendance, including local laws.
Apple reserves the right to refuse admittance to, or remove any person from, Apple Entrepreneur Camp (including from any related events) at any time at its sole discretion, including, but not limited to, attendees behaving in an inappropriate, disorderly, disrespectful, or dangerous manner or failing to comply with this application and attendance policy.
Locations for Online Programming
Apple Entrepreneur Camp online programming is conducted online in the time zone of the location indicated on the website.
Locations for In-Person Programming
Apple Entrepreneur Camp in-person programming will take place at an Apple campus in the location indicated on the website. You are responsible for transportation to Apple and related venues. Apple reserves the right to change venues due to weather, capacity, or any other issues without notice and without liability. Admission to Apple Entrepreneur Camp may also be subject to additional conditions of admission to the Apple campus and other venues used for related events.
Before being admitted to Apple Entrepreneur Camp and obtaining a badge and lanyard for the Apple campus, all participants will be required to present a valid passport or other government-issued identification (copies will not be accepted) that matches the name on their registration. Badges may contain NFC or other RFID technologies.
You must wear your badge and lanyard at all times on the Apple campus. If requested by security, you may be required to provide additional identification. Apple Entrepreneur Camp badges and lanyards (or any part thereof) are not replaceable or transferable. You agree not to share, transfer, give, or otherwise provide your badge and lanyard to anyone. You also agree not to remove your badge and lanyard from the Apple campus and to return both the badge and lanyard to Apple before you depart each day.
In addition, you agree that you must be accompanied by a badged Apple employee at all times and must stay within the areas designated for attendees of Apple Entrepreneur Camp.
Remote Event Terms
Apple Entrepreneur Camp conducts some programming remotely via videoconferencing and other communication applications. You understand that certain personal information (e.g., the name and organization used as part of signing up for your account on such application) will be visible to other participants. If you do not want to share this information in a videoconferencing application, join the meetings as a guest.
For in-person, online, and alumni programming, Apple may also host a shared document, file, meeting, or other format where you may share contact information (such as name and email) with other participants for networking purposes. You understand that your sharing of your contact information is strictly voluntary, and Apple is not responsible for lost or inaccurate information, or any communication that may occur among participants as a result.
No Photography or Recording
You may not record Apple Entrepreneur Camp (including, but not limited to, by making audio or audiovisual recordings, scraping, or otherwise copying Apple Entrepreneur Camp), or post photos, screenshots, or otherwise publish, publicly display, distribute, or disseminate Apple Entrepreneur Camp, including any content or materials made available by Apple in connection with Apple Entrepreneur Camp. Solicitation or selling of items or services is not allowed. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in-person event attendees are permitted to share or post photographs taken within designated public areas of the in-person event, provided that such photographs do not include any visual or audio content from the presentations or materials provided at the event.
General Terms
By applying for Apple Entrepreneur Camp, you agree to hold Apple and its directors, officers, employees, and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of or related to your application and/or attendance of Apple Entrepreneur Camp. You assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in Apple Entrepreneur Camp, or use of Apple Entrepreneur Camp. You voluntarily assume all risk and danger incidental to attending Apple Entrepreneur Camp, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to Apple Entrepreneur Camp, and Apple will not be liable for any resulting harm, including death, personal injury, loss, damage, or any other liability, including, but not limited to, any claims that stem from any services, materials, or input provided as part of Apple Entrepreneur Camp (if any) or Apple’s performance or failure to perform under this Agreement, whether or not Apple has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Apple’s entire liability for direct damages arising as part of Apple Entrepreneur Camp is limited to fifty dollars (50.00 USD). Apple hereby disclaims any and all warranties of any kind, express or implied, for Apple Entrepreneur Camp, including, for any services, materials, or input provided as part of Apple Entrepreneur Camp (if any). You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the reviewers, which are final in all respects. You agree that Apple shall not be responsible for any typographical or other errors in the administration of Apple Entrepreneur Camp.
Film and Video Consent
Photographs, audio, and/or video taken as part of Apple Entrepreneur Camp by Apple, or others on behalf of Apple, may include your voice, image, or likeness. By attending Apple Entrepreneur Camp, you agree that Apple may use such photographs, audio, and/or video, including those that may contain your voice, image, or likeness, for any purpose on a worldwide basis in perpetuity, without any compensation to you, and you release Apple from all liability related thereto.
