Greetings, For those of you encountering the various (and likely multiple) missing *.modulemap file errors when building in TestFlight, the underlying issue between the unforgivable use of "xcodeproj" may still be the culprit here! In TestFlight (i.e. appstoreconnect.apple.com, tab "Xcode Cloud"), open the workflow you use (likely named, "Default"), and under the field "Project or Workspace", ensure the value matches: ios/YOUR_APP.xcworkspace Referencing the "*.xcodeproj" file here will send you through the same tribulations that so many others have gone through.
