@DTS Engineer I submitted code-level support 4 days ago and still haven't heard back, and am no further along in resolving this issue. It is now over 3 weeks since my first post...can someone from Apple please help??? My case id is 12805779.

@DTS Engineer The status has remained unchanged because I haven't gotten any further guidance or feedback from my original post. Same goes for my two feedback assistant tickets open (FB16823198, FB17015460) as well. The app clip card does not appear when I tap the App Clip Experience URL, and I am lost on how else to troubleshoot based on existing documentation, forums, my configuration status/setup I had listed in my original post, etc. Here to answer any clarifying questions and to reach a resolution!

@DTS Engineer @daniel_at_curate @nicorsm any chance anyone can help me with my post ? I believe I've configured/setup things the right way for my advanced app clip experience, but I cannot for the life of me get the app clip card to present upon testing. Any help would be extremely appreciated.

@DTS Engineer Can someone please help me reach a resolution? It's been a week and I haven't heard anything back. On the feedback I had filed, "Resolution: Investigation complete - Change required from 3rd party" was annotated, but I have zero clarity on what that means regarding next steps. Really need to get app clips to work!
