Downloads broken?

Yes, there seems to be a problem for several users (see posts on the forum).

However, I managed to download without problem from Europe 2 days ago.

I've been having the same problem for at least the past 16 hours. Cannot download anything from the developer downloads page at https://developer.apple.com/download/

I just filed a bug report at bugreport.apple.com . Consider doing the same. Hopefully Apple will FIX THIS immediately if not sooner :-)

Located in Israel, I am being thrown to an "unauthorized" page for any file I try to download. My colleague from another country is having the 502 issue

That thread offers no solution and I'l still getting the 502. I'll follow your example and report the issue in the bug reporter.

same here, at just about 10pm est on sunday night. after just updating to the latest high sierra beta. worst thing is i already trashed the prior version in prepration for the ~12GB hit on my hard drive. at worst i can restore the last version from backup, but where's the fun in that? i hope this is resolved sooner than later.
