Where can I find the Data Processing Addendum for APNS

Hello,


We actively use APNS to send notifications to the users of our application. In order to be compliant with the GDPR, we are looking for the data processing addendum of all the services we use as processors within our application. I was unable to find this for Apple or for APNS. Could anyone point me to this?

I'm just going to bump this thread, as we have the exact same issue.


The only alternative to a Data Processing Addendum is for us to simply stop using APNS :-(

What I eventually found out was:

  1. You login to your Apple Developer account
  2. Click on Membership on left pane
  3. Scroll down and click 'Agreements'
  4. You'll see when it was issued and accepted
