So, 2 weeks ago, i got msg from Apple Support that since im under 16, and i was not in a family, my account was disabled. I noticed it when i was just signing my Apps and then i got msg on XCode that my account cannot be used for development. I then checked my mail and there were this message that my Apple ID was disabled.
After talking with local Apple Support Team via phone, i had to create Apple ID for my mom and then create a family. When i got that family thing sorted out and my Apple ID back working, i tried to sign my apps again anddd..... same error. i contacted again our local Apple Support Team again and after about 1h on phone, THEY SAID THEY CANT HELP ME. Thay said its something wrong with my Developer Acco. Also i should point out i can login to developer.apple.com, but homepage/welcome page is blank.
So, i try to call Apple developer support but its too late to call. I checked when i could call them but my timezone was not in the list. Next day, i try to call them. I go to the Support page and choose my problem. It gives me option to call or email, i tried the email (mainly because im not that good in English) BUT when i clicked on Email, it directed me back to choosing my problem. I tried like 3 times it but same thing happened over and over again. Then i decided heck lets just call them. na dsame problem. Clicked call button and it directed me back to choosing the problem. I just thought it was a bug, so i waited almost a week and then tried again. same problem. But then i realized i had not tried with another browser or device, So thats waht i tried. And still same problem.
So, it has been now 2 weeks since my Apple ID got blocked. I just before writing this tried contacting again. Still the same problem. One guy gave me the number to USA's (I live is Finland) Apple Developer Support, but calling outside Finland is SOOOO expensive. Anyone know what can i do?
Addon: my developer account is free. i cant freakin pay 100€ yearly...
