Is Puerto Rico considered part of US app store? Could find this region in Availaibity in iTunes Connect. The below link shows Puerto Rico as a different region. Please confirm

It's not broken out for devs because they use the same primary currency as the US store.


It's broken out for users because they use a different primary language.
