Caldav server is giving "Forbidden" error when creating events for some accounts.

We have integrated iCloud using CalDav(https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4791) in our application and from last few days we are getting error "The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden." while creating events for some users. The issue is with some of the users not all. Users have write access on their calendar but we are getting forbidden error every time we try to create event on their calendar.

Have something changed on iCloud's caldav in last few days? Any help will appreciated.

Previously it was affecting some accounts only but from last few days it gave error for everyone and following solution worked for me -:

I am using ical.net library for ics creation and on setting status as confirmed it creates ics with text having "STATUS:Confirmed" in it for create event, by changing manually "STATUS:Confirmed" to "STATUS:CONFIRMED" it worked.

You can also upgrade ical.net to latest, it will also work. But I am facing some issues with it so I stick to this solution until I get it resolved.
