I'm trying to download the IOS-12 UX AdobeXD File. When it's downloaded it seems to be a damaged file not a .xd file.
Can someone help me please?

When downloaded it is a .dmg file which needs to be expanded/unpacked, giving you a Finder folder containing the .xd files and SF Font assets.
Are you using Windows or macOS? What version OS?
Works fine for me on macOS HS, BTW.
