Should I use on websites?

HiI'm learning html, and I have a question about the &lt;marquee&gt; tag. Is it still ok to use it? Or is it obsolete? If so, what are the alternatives?

Try this web site:  https://caniuse.com/i use them mainly for CSS, but they keep track of HTML, SVG, and others as well.
