What do i have to do thath the app works?

NO Permissions to view the app
Which version Xcode are you working with?
Where did that app come from? Looks old...
The app is running now on iOS 10 but when i wanna put them to iOS 12 i have no permissions to view the app.
What can i do to solve this?
I'd start by clearing the warnings noted in the 3rd screen shot/pic 3.
Match the architecture and orientation settings with an app that works, then use Xcode's Product menu with the option key pressed, choosing to 'clean build folder'.
There may be other issues, and it's not clear if that iOS 4 app can be migrated to current tools/iOS without significant work - it might be you will need to make a new app, from scratch.
