i have recieved the above message, can someone advice me what changes need to be done in my app! or Is that ok if i make the mobile number as optional?

You first need to identify what are ALL those personal information you require. Only mobile number or more ?

Second, you must check that without those information, user can nevertheless access all functions or contents that are not specific to him/her.

Third, these personal information (that may limit access to some functions) must be optional in your app.
