I got an email that my account will auto renew soon. In the past I have always preferd to manually do it to make sure it is renewed in time. So I went into the membership area, but from what I remembered I had to cancel the auto-renew first to be able to access the manual renew. But after I canceled auto renew I still can't find any button to manually renew? Where is it?
The even bigger problem is that I can't re enable atuo-renew anymore. I click on auto renew to enable it and I get the prompt to confirm to do it and I see it becomes activated and green. But if I reload the page it is disabled again?
