We have an account which is a Team Agent in the Apple developer portal.
Signed in with the same account in App Store Connect - the roles are shown as "Admin, Legal" on this user.
Is there a Team Agent role on App Store Connect?
We are trying to request access to the App Store Connect API but the option is not appearing, even though we are an organization.

I am aware they exist separately but the terms are used in a confusing way. It is said one needs a Team Agent role on App Store Connect to access the ASC API, but then you can only have Admin and Legal roles on there.
For others facing the issue - the Admin, Legal role seems to be the "Team Agent" role Apple is talking about - the Keys section appeared out of the blue eventually without any changes.
Don't conflate Dev Program/Member Center 'Team' roles with ASC 'User' roles. The two exist separately.
