I'm trying to request an API key and I'm running into a strange error.
I've been granted permission to access the API, but upon hitting "Generate API Key" and filling out the forms I get the following error:
"Your account doesn’t have permission to edit other users. Contact your team agent for more information."
I've confimed I have admin access and I am the team agent - in fact I setup the account. Anyone else run into this issue?
I've seen the same thing. I tried with my team agent account and got the same error as you. I then created a new Apple account, assigned it as an "admin" user, but got the same "your account doesn't have permission" error.
Same problem here. I used the Team Agent account to request API access. Now that the request has been approved, I can't actually generate any keys using that same Team Agent / Admin account. It just gives this error:
"Your account doesn’t have permission to edit other users. Contact your team agent for more information."
Same error no matter what Access I try to grant. Seemingly this isn't broken for everybody, but certain accounts trigger some edge case?
