i am unable to access my developers account after sigin with my apple ID and Passwod it is directly going to contact us page with a from. I have filled that form and submitted. After that i got a mail that i will get a call with in 1 - 2 business days. But still i didn't receieved any call from Apple supoort team. Appstore Connect and My Apple ID Account is opening But when i trying to open developers account it is unable to access and redirecting to contact us page witha specific form.

If you just applied for a paid Developer Program account, and you are outside the US, it can take up to two weeks for the process to move ahead. If that's you, best to be patient.
I got the same problem which started around the same time, December 2018.
I've been in contact to the developer's support many times and nothing was solved so far. My subscription finishes in two weeks and I haven't been able to use it for 9 months. Three quarters of my subscription was a waste of time, effort and money.
Has anyone got this working?
