I just did a branding makeover on my app which included a name change, a subtitle change, and keyword change. I don't seem to be ranking for any of the changes that I made. It's not that I'm not ranking well; I'm not ranking at all. Like even for my main title name. I can scroll down to the bottom of the search and I am not there. How long does it typically take the algorithm to adjust to changes? It has been 5 days since my changes went live.

Depends on the queue for when new info is propagated across the relevant servers. My opinion is that in addition, it depends on frequency of pulls on those new values.
But if your overall ranking is low, you might never see your app unless you search on it's exact name string. Be aware too that the changes you just did reset certain ranking, so...
