Last November one of my apple developer accounts. I have contacted the main Apple Developer support multiple times and they indicated there is no phone number to contact the app review team. The standard email template why they terminated my account does not explain what I did wrong other than I somehow engaged in fraudulent activity, and I have now idea how they came to that conculsion.
I contacted Legal and Privacy as recommended by the main support group. After weeks of reviewing my case the Legal and Privacy group recommended that I apply for reinstatement.
After applying for re-instatement, I received another rejection response within 48 hours. So I attempted to follow up again with Legal and Privacy but now they are no longer responding to my emails.
I have two different app businesses each were in good standing for 7 years before this happened. I just want someone to simply explain what I did wrong as I cannot imagine what caused this. The business was very low revenue more of a hobby.
One thing I did notice was unusual sales activity in the prior month where units spiked for two days and then I started noticing more + and - sales. For example +8 / -3 or +9 / -4. I tried mentioning that but no one that I communicated with at Apple seemed to think that was the cause.
Is there any way I can get in contact with someone in the App review team to explain what explicitly happened.
My other app business is still in good standing and I'm afraid to make any changes or submit new builds in fear that they may terminate that account without a reason as well.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
