Hello everyone,

I'm new to Apple Developer Forums.

I have a question related to my app rejection with design spam.

I have an Apple Developer Account for individual, I submitted my app but got rejected because my app has some functionalities that only Apple Developer Account for organization can submit. So I submitted my app for Beta testing and got approval while waiting for purchasing Apple Developer Account for organization (took me 2 weeks for DUNS number).

Now I've gotten Apple Developer Account for organization, I submitted my app with new bundl id (of course for new account), and I got rejected because of design spam even though my old app is rejected and not live on AppStore yet.

I tried to contact Apple Review team about this but they still replied with similar email "Design Spam: this app duplicates the content and functionality of other apps submitted by you to the App Store".

How could I do to be able submitting my app with new organization account without modifying contents, functionalities or designs?

Did you appeal?

If so, what did you say?

How many times?

How many rejections?

What did each rejection say?

Were you told to make changes to meta data and not re-submit another build?

Were you told to resubmit?
