The download page at https://developer.apple.com/download/ no longer has a link to download Xcode 12.2 as a DMG or XIP, my employer restricts access to the Mac App Store, so I have no way to update? It's also not at https://developer.apple.com/download/more/

Anyone know how to find it?

If you mean v10.2, either do without if you can't tip the MAS, or wait for it to show up on /download/more.

Also waiting for XIP to appear. Quite strage Apple didn't publish the direct download link immediately.
