Invalid Build - Xcode 10.2

Xcode updated from 10.1 to 10.2, I try to load a new build of my app and and I get an error "Invalid Build". This is a message:


Dear Developer,

We identified one or more issues with a recent submission for your app, "App Name". Please correct the following issues, then upload again.

Invalid Toolchain - Your app was built with a beta version of Xcode or SDK. Apps submitted to the App Store must be built with the GM version of Xcode 9 and the SDK for iOS 11, tvOS 11, watchOS 4, or macOS 10.13 or later.


But I used Xcode 10.2?!?!

Anyone find the same problem?

I am also having the same issue.

What is the proposed solution here?

Same problem here, since I updated to 10.2 I get Invalid Toolchain. No beta software installed.
