apple pencil doesn't not work in uiwebview

Hello, I maintain some apps in a company, and i have some questions about apple pencil.

In our app, some icon and touch does not work using apple pencil, but finger does.

Is there any difference between Apple pencil and finger?

For more informations,

- Our application uses a webview.

- target ios is 8.0.

- uses xcode 8.3.3 (for some reasons.)
