Images are not displaying for some users

Our app was release and approved for the app store. However 1 out of 15 users have reported a strange issue where their screen appears to be white after the splash page displays, http://take.ms/IUyAW. For the same users that reported that issue, they also experienced a similar issue where icon images were not appearing once they logged in, http://take.ms/SXZTO.

The issue appears to be very random. It has been reported on different devices, eg. 5, 5S and 6. I am not able to reproduce this issue, nor and I able to determine a pattern.

Anyone ever see this issue or can share ideas as to why this may be occuring for some users and what I can do to resolve it?

Hello there ! , did you find a solution to this issue ? I just updated my phone to iOS9 and re-designing one of my apps , and now my images do not

show when the app is launched.

This is a big issue i have tons of downloads.

Maybe ask one of your users who has the issue to send you their .ipa file. Once you get it, you can change the file extension to .zip and unzip it, then use Show Package Contents to crack open the app. See if the resources are actually there. Maybe also try to run the app yourself to see if it reproduces the issue.

I'd also recommend that you try to figure out if the problems are ocurring on a particular iOS version or hardware model. That can provide an important clue.
