Did the developer forums reset? I've been asked to create a new username.

Admittedly, I haven't logged into the forums for a while, so excuse me if this is old news.


I logged in with the same account I've been using since 2007 and it appears that I've been required to create a new user name (not a big deal). I'm curious. Did this happen to others?

Yes, it reset at the same time that Developer Previews for iOS 9 and OS X 10.11 were released.

It's completely new; the old Dev Forums are archived and still available:
