New to usoing Xcode and developing for iOS.
I'm just getting things going, but it appears my Xcode developer documentation is empty. Do I have to install it?

When you ran Xcode 10.2.1 for the first time after installation from the mac app store, did you ok a request to download additional components? Did you wait for that process to complete?
If not, you can go into Preferences/Components and proceed to manually download docs, sims, etc.

Ahha. I had just done an update. When I tried to use quick help it actually said something about a network error. I quit Xcode and restarted and now all of the help is working. An error of some sort would have been nice.
