IN the Developer Account Summary, the name is different than my name . my surname isnt seen in this section . Is that a problem ? How can i change that ?

Does it match the name on the credit card used to pay the USD$99 fee?
And note that Apple has had account info mixups in the past, so if this seems to be a clear mistake, contact them directly.
