Solution to the issue that most people on here seem to have. After Updating to MacOS 10.15 iTunes is replaced with Music. If you proceed to enter into Finder and navigate down the scroll bar you will locate your device. The process of updating through a file is still the same you hold option and left click on update. Navigate to the file and submit. You may need both MacOS 10.15 and Xcode11 beta in order for everything to work correctly. Reminder that Apple does recomend this beto only for application development and not for personal device use. I would agree due to the level of bugs incorperated on the inital build.

You don't read my problem. I know that iTunes is replaced by Music. I try to update my iPhone with the finder like I already say but when I clicked to the iPhone button on the finder, it disepear from it after 5 seconds of loading. So, I decided to try with configurator 2 but it still doesn't work.

I have come across an issue with configurator 2 OS 10.15 beta 2 now:

As we all know by now iTune no langer handles OS Device app data off loading. But I found a solution in xCode 11

1. Open devices and simulators From Main Menu

2. navigate to installed apps section

3. select config iCon below this section

this will bring up a popup menu with three options

4. select download container ( choose a destination on your MAC)

5. You now have the app containern your mac

6. contol click on app data and select show Package Content

7. Now you have access to app Document and other information

But I think the configurator should be fixed and the export feature should work
