Having an issue getting the new OS installed. Shift click seems to not be working, tried two different PCs and multiple cables. No error message just does nothing after you click open.

Anyone else having this issue? If so were you able to fix it and how?

Figured out the issue.

The Windows Store App version of iTunes can not install IPSWs. You need to uninstall the windows store version and install the regular version via the iTunes download link on Apple.
