Xcode 11 Beta 2 external testing

After uploading a build with Xcode 11 Beta 2, and submitting to TestFlight external testing for review, this error appears:

"Sorry, something went wrong. This build is using a beta version of Xcode and can’t be submitted. Make sure you’re using the latest version of Xcode or the latest seed release found in the TestFlight release notes."

The latest TestFlight release notes state:

"You can now submit apps built with Xcode 11 beta 2 using the SDK for iOS 13 beta 2, tvOS 13 beta 2, and watchOS 6 beta 2 for internal and external testing."

Is there a discrepency, or is this feature not live yet? Thanks!

It's always the same thing. For some reason App Store Connect takes a couple of days to wake up and support new Xcode versions. It's like they don't talk to each other.

Thanks Lucky,

Based on past experience do you think current builds uploaded with beta 2 will eventually work? Or will it need to be a new upload?

No idea. I would assume that we'll be able to submit builds already uploaded at some point but I'm not sure.

Now apps can be submitted for review, but appear to be immediately rejected with the error:

ITMS-90512: Invalid sdk value - The value provided for the sdk portion of LC_BUILD_VERSION in [your app] is 13.0 which is greater than the maximum allowed value of 12.3.

Hopefully this is something that will be fixed soon.
