Now that Apple released a OTA profile for iOS 13 Beta 2, devices can be updated without a Mac OS machine. Will an updated iOS 13 beta 2 iPhone be able to communicate and sync with the current iTunes for Windows 10, V 12.9.5.7? Hs anyone tried?

I'll answer my own question. Yes, the production iTunes for Windows, V12.9.5.7, does recognize, sync and backup iOS beta 13 Dev 2 devices.
