After iOS 13 Developer Beta 2 update, my phone's back camera started to sound!

In iOS 13 Developer Beta 2, when you log in to the camera's own camera application, you hear a snap sound from the rear camera. Also in the application video, slow motion, portrait, etc. You can also hear the same sound when switching between shooting modes. When I turn on the camera part to share a story on Instagram again, I hear the same sound when switching between the front camera and the rear camera 4-5 times in a row. Especially when I bring the rear camera closer to my ear, I can hear the "snap" sound more clearly.

Device: iPhone 8 Plus

Here's the video I've filmed the problem

This is a beta version under heavy development, things like that are expected to happen.

This is why it is not ready for daily or production use yet.

I already know that. My goal was to share this with Apple. I also think that the sound from the rear camera, together with the iOS 13 Developer Beta 2, creates a hardware challenge. The sound I hear doesn't come from the taptic or haptic engine. Clear sound from the rear camera. It looks like the aperture of the camera.

Note: The same problem occurs with third-party software. This video:
