CarPlay worked fine in Beta 1. Installed Beta 2, i see the "CarPlay" button on my console, but once selected, it crashes CarPlay, going to blank screen, then to whatever radio/XM screen was playing. It then goes back to only allowing connection via Bluetooth (for phone calls only).

I am having a similar issue, I find that restarting my phone fixes it. After restarting, CarPlay comes up on the screen with “Please unlock your iPhone to use CarPlay” then after unlocking iPhone, CarPlay works fine.

I had the same problems, but I was try to switch off Bluetooth and it works fine.
Yeah, but some of us need bluetooth as well like for mileage tracking beacon.

touch wood - at the moment I not encountered any problem with car play with iOS 13 beta 2, works everytime I plugged it in
SOLUTION!!! Just read on another thread and tried this fix and IT WORKS: Turn Bold Text OFF for now and CarPlay screen comes back on.

Agree. Tried all other solutions and this worked
I’ve never had bold text but tried anyways. Nothing is working. I tried turning off Bluetooth too. It worked when I first got in my car but stopped after I unplugged it and tried again.
