Trying to download iOS 13 beta, but it keeps getting stuck on preparing download. I’ve tried a hard reset uninstalling and then reinstalling the software but nothing seems to work. Any advice?

i always get that too, so really instead of wasting time i simply download the ipsw and Option + Click on Check for update in itunes and update that way. Works everytime and probably in the end saves me alot of time.
