Since installing iPadOS, none of my iCloud Drive files are updating. None of the last couple of betas have solved it either. It will not download new files that are sitting out there waiting to download, nor will it update files back to iCloud Drive.
I have done a reset all settings, and this did not solve.
This is a Managed Apple ID FWIW.
