Can't using iTunes update to the release iOS after installed Xcode beta(error code 4000)

Since I have installed Xcode 11 beta on my mac and updated my iPhone X to iOS 13 beta, my other devices (iPhone 8 Plus & 11inch iPad Pro) which in iOS12 cannot using iTunes to update into the newest released iOS anymore.


Is there anyone have the same situation as me?


My Mac is macOS 10.14.6, Both Xcode 10 and Xcode 11 beta 5 are installed.

iPhone X is 13 Beta 6.

iPhone 8 Plus is 12.4(using Apple Configurator 2 update from 12.3.1 to 12.4)

11inch iPad Pro is 12.3.1.
