Xcode 10.3 iOS Upload Invalid AdamId Error

Has any one been experienced an issue where all uploads to iOS App Store have been failing with this single error line:
Invalid AdamId: ***********

The same error occurs in the Application Loader (tried this as a last resort).

Please Help!

OK so. Without being able to show all screenshots of before and after here is what has happened.
tl;dr I am able to upload.

I was an app manager for the team and I was seeing 0 apps in view. Someone made me an Admin and now everything works.

The fact that I was receiving the AdamId error still makes no sense and in no way should making someone an Admin be the only solution. I hope someone figures out what the real issue is. Good luck!
I changed nothing, didn't have to log back in, tried uploading after being made Admin instead of App Manager and boom, it worked.

adamid is your app's ID.

Are you working on more than one team? Did you confirm you signed in to the backend/application loader with the correct account? Does the role you logged in with have the correct authorizations/abilities?

What might those be, exactly, keeping in mind that Xcode 11 hasn't been cleared for app store distribution yet as it is still in beta. Odd tho you'd go there while still using 10.3, however.
